Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), returns are only accepted if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
The product has expired or is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Opened, used, or partially consumed items.
Products stored improperly after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
Once your claim is approved:
We may replace the item with a fresh product.
In cases where replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
If the product is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse to accept it and inform our delivery partner immediately.
